Set scuf controller?

I bought an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 yesterday. I play Fortnite on the pc. I wanted now in settings, e.g. Make editing on a paddle, but that is not easy when I should then select the button and then press the paddle! How do I set this?
Please answer as soon as possible!

The paddle is not another button but is just a copy, e.g. From the X.

If you set X and hit the paddle then X comes too.

And how can I change that? For example, that is my X in the top left?
