Fortnite ps4 error what to do?

Every time I get this error message when I go into a Fortnite round and yes I've already reinstalled my game 3 times as it stands there but it does not work!

1. Switch off the Playstation correctly (ie hold the on / off switch on the device for about 30 seconds)

2. Switch on the Playstation on the device again and keep the on / off switch pressed for approx. 7 seconds. (until the 2nd beep)

3. Select option 3 in the help menu. (do not choose option 7, choose this option only after consultation with the support) Further information can be found on playstation.com
