Are Wager Haram?

I wanted to play in fortnite wager, which means you play for money, but it's not luck, it's 100 percent skill, that means how good you are. Then is it haram?

So you live in Germany that means you can do whatever you want as long as you abide by the law. So if you would like to play Roullete you can do so without a guilty conscience. You only live once, so why should you let a misconception forbid you something?
