Well, I wouldn't buy accounts on a regular basis because they are mostly banned anyway, there are certainly other things with which you can surprise your brother.

I wouldn't buy accounts. Got one from a friend and it doesn't do any good. It's no longer fun and you are not better then. The only thing you get is hate because everyone says you bought it and the scammer risk is also quite high
