You could log in to Epic Games at most, and see if you can somehow specify an e-mail address / change.

On which email do you get the number sent? On the old? What do you mean, that you do not know how to sign up?
I got an email and a password for fortnite but I thought because there are different sites where you can create an email that you only get on the side of the code eg aol gmail
