The title sounds a bit strange, so I'll explain it better here. I would like to buy the Iris package for Fortnite, but since I'm not yet of legal age and my PayPal account is not allowed, my father does that. So far so good (since I did not want to be restricted to a child account, I got the wrong one when creating the account Birthdays given), but before you can buy something, I get a window where you should confirm your age. My father did that too but when he wanted to continue there came a new window that said "Your old can't be verified". All my father's data is correct. Can someone help?
I have the same problem. I don't have a real solution. I take my cell phone and do it on the website. Simply register and add credit under payment management.
I did it now with the ps app. I bought the Psn Card and entered the code, at least it works, but now I have a solution for how it works on the ps4. There you have to enter your ID card data, it is very difficult to see from a distance, but with a block, the last digit / letter is not encircled. Then it should work.
Didn't have it with me because there was an error, but that will be due to my internet connection and that the ps servers and so on are probably overloaded. Corona free, etc
