On hard disk where windows is installed and then "Windows" folder search, then System32

You should not do that, because that is your operating system that is destroyed by deleting the files.
I already did that
So I had the very same issue after upgrading to my RTX 2080. First, I thought it was the graphics driver because whenever I reinstalled it, the problem would disappear for a few weeks. Then I found another fix that worked for 2 days, and that was, closing the Epic Games Launcher. The fix that has been working best for me is: Go to the location you installed Fortnite>FortniteGame>Binaries>Win64. Scroll down a bit and you should see 4 .exe files with the Fortnite logo. Right-click on each of them and go onto the Compatibility tab. Check the box that's saying: ''Run this program in compatibility mode for:'' and select Windows 7. Press Okay and repeat the process to all 4 of the .exe files. I hope that works out for you.
