Could you put together with the money, but to answer your question, yes this PC is good, you can then play the game with the highest / best settings.
The monitor / screen is also well suited. Remember, however, the monitors do not have their own speakers (as many confuse it with a screen / TV). That means you have to either get additional speakers or play with headphones
The PC linked by you is sufficient for Fortnite at 60 Hz (which the monitor supports) completely. For gaming, however, would be worthwhile another monitor that supports Freesync, what with an AMD graphics card (according to NVIDIA according to GSync, but will probably synonymous in the near future synonymous Freesync supported) then an even smoother gaming experience allows.

I would recommend this compilation to you for the money. However, yours is not bad at all, because I have seen much worse ;-)
Exactly, I'd better compile it myself, it's not rocket science and there are many tutorials on YouTube to prove it ;-) No special crafting skills are required.
