I have before the Ryzen 3 1200 enough power to load smooth presentations for the school as well as me as a semi-gamer back to stand.
I expect the CPU in middle settings min. 72FPS creates and then takes over the much stronger Rx 590 8gb and there eZ all the effects and so raufpackt so that everything looks really good in the end.
I'm not looking for 1000FPS but rather the nice picture quality, so I decided on a very strong graphics card and a comparatively weak processor, but I currently have an Intel i3 3120M which is much slower and I'm not used to fast CPUs. In addition, I currently play more games like Minecraft, Robocraft, etc. The need hardly CPU power to have a lot of FPS.
What do you think of the idea? Do you think I can handle most games with 72FPS? I think so that almost all graphics settings takes over the Graka and the FPS thus only sink when the Graka is weak, but holds out the 72FPS eZ and thus I can set the quality to max and the FPS remain the same?
By the way, I currently only play Minecraft at low settings. In addition, I would like to play liquid with strong Ray Tracing Shaders on the new PC!
I also try out popular games like CS: GO or Fortnite.

The graphics processor calculates the image, not the main processor.
That means I can gamble lag free because the graka is indeed a mega strong rx 590
And many talk about CPU limit that the FPS net higher because the CPu creates the net more?
"Strong" GPU does not mean the same amount of FPS!
Apart from whether I find your config good or bad, I still want to give you some food for thought.
RX 590 is a good midrange graphics card for FULL HD resolution, most titles can be played with Full HD on High or Ultra Settings. But you would also achieve the same with the minimal slower RX 580 which is about 10, - € cheaper. In addition, the RX 590 requires even more power than the RX 580 and the RX 590 also has a higher heat loss and that despite the 12nm process with which the GPU was manufactured (instead of 14nm for RX 580). The RX 590 is from architecture just a higher clocked RX 580.
With the SSD, I would ask myself is it a 480GB SSD? If you still have an old system with a hard drive and can use it if necessary, then take only a 240GB SSD. In addition, a new SSD should also have as possible the space-saving M2 format.
BeQuiet power supply and BeQuiet case fan. Sorry for the tight budget, I would rather dodge the Listan (BeQuiet is the brand name of Listan) daughter Xilence. The case fans are not quite as quiet as BeQuiet's, but you do not have a power system anyway and can control the fans quite low, saving you about 7, - €. Even with the power supply you can save a few euro in which you dodge instead of the system power series on the Xilence Performance A series, the power supplies are as good as equivalent.
On W-Lan I would do without. For a desktop computer, normal wired LAN is used. As a result, the computer is stationary, it should also be possible to lay a cable once. In addition, W-Lan is quite unstable and unsteady (if you do not anyway position the computer directly next to the router). LAN by cable is simply the most stable connection.
Why I write that you should save as much as possible a few euro, because the Ryzen 3 1200 is indeed very cheap (under 50, - ¬ are just unbeatable for such a CPU unbeatable). I doubt you'll be happy with this CPU for a long time. A Ryzen 5 (possibly even a 1600 / six Kerner) would be significantly more potent.
The Ryzen 3 will easily do it for the intended purpose of school, and also Minecraft and some older games like LoL, Overwatch will not cause any problems. But new titles bring the CPU to its performance limit and thus the CPU is the brake or the limiting factor in games.
Unfortunately, I do not come without disarming the SSD on a price of less than 530, - € but rather at 550, - €

Should / could I also raked the r5 1600 with the AMD Master software? Only slightly overclocking.h. Hardly put up the voltage and lift rather than tack on about 3.6ghz, how would that go and what would be easy and what tack rates rather complicated or not recommended?

For the power supply, put it on the beQuiet Pure Power 500 Watt
The thermal grease is included in the processor, so beQuiet out
As graphics card take a cheap RX 580, then you are the same at the end
