Fortnite Hud - Crosshair?

I saw with a streamer that there was such a circle in her field of vision around the target. And from time to time you could see shot marks and foot symbols. So she could see from which direction the shots came and from which direction the footsteps.

Why don't I see that? Or is this a feature for the game console versions?

She played with mouse and keyboard.

Can you activate in the settings means visualize sound effects

You have to turn on visualize sound effects in the settings you will find by the sound symbol
