Assasins creed orignis at the beginning they go away and can play smoothly
At fortnite, fps micro drops come at the beginning, but then they disappear in 5 minutes and never come back
But every round the start starts with 5 minute drops and then goes away
Mafia 3 runs without drops

That must be due to the RAM. 8 GB was no longer sufficient for me. Upgraded to 16GB last month. Since then constant FPS numbers.
But why am ram when fortnite only needs 8gb

Sounds like RAM problems. I would test upgrade to 12 GB and see what happens. Even if you meet the minimum requirements, the stutters don't have to go away.
