Fix lags in games?

I have since 2 days in between in games like Overwatch, fortnite, etc. So small FPS burglaries as in OW z. B. For about 5s on top 20 fps goes.

I've recently uninstalled "razer cortex" by accident, installing it has reduced the burglaries a bit.

But are they staying there? I've already looked at everything in the trash for important files, in the graphics card driver and the BIOS but nothing has been found aufm up to date.

I really need help because OW eig is one of my favorite games. (was working fine 3 days ago)

Thanks in advance.

PC Specs

CPU: I7 7700k

GPU: Geforce gtx 1060

RAM: 16gb corsair vengeance RGB per 3200mhz

Unfortunately, I have no time to check my motherboard, but it is definitely suitable for the CPU, etc.

If it ran three days ago it will not be due to your hardware. Maybe the internet provider - everything is not always perfect, sometimes there are problems. Or your line was hacked by your neighbor and he loads nice with it. Or you have programs running in the background which use the net (torrent or any viruses). Or you use wlan - there can always be slight problems.

So that someone still celebrates Ow I think cool! I do not know anything about this, but you can kn Ow Ow, for example. The max. Raise FPS or put down the Gragik on a trial basis.

Download the current video driver from Nvidia and install the custom. Then in the menu there choose "Neunistallation". So all game profiles are reset to factory.

I just made now I look thank you.

Ne is still there…

I also ran MSI afterburner on the side and noticed that the CPU utilization in the game during the lags goes to 0-10% …

Try the power options in Windows for maximum performance. After a clean restart.

I know net exactly where I can change this, but I discovered while searching, that supposedly an update is there?

But it says "Updates are automatically installed when the device is not in use. You can also install updates immediately." should I do it? Because it would have been an important update, I should have already installed it or not?

Ma

Without much research I would say for your problem rather unimportant. Of course you would have to know which update exactly.

The energy option is set as follows:

https://www.giga.de/...-so-gehts/

Can put it back as it was before.

Is already set to high performance
