Yes, very much the third part is a little different and the graphics too and if you get the game now you pay 30 euro and you have the founders edition.
New are different open world areas I believe 5 where always a story there's of course again the classic multiplayer.

Maybe the new F1 2019? Need PS plus and the story in single player (career mode) is not the best, but you can have a lot of fun with it. Like Pietsmiet on YouTube.
