How do I find the right sensitivity (m & k) in shooter games?

I have played fortnite m & k for a long time and wanted to ask how I can find the right sensitivity

Your sensitivity is where you can best move and aim at the same time. Just try it out🙃

Everyone plays differently. Prefer to play with lower, my brother, however, with extremely high. Would recommend you just go into the game and give it a try. If you think you have died of sensitivity that is too low, set it a little higher or just the opposite. Have to take your time and try it out for yourself.
