Msi Rx 580 very loud under load?

I got a rx 580 from Msi about 1 month ago. The map is very good and works perfectly, but when I play challenging games, the map gets very noisy under heavy load with about 65 degrees. In games such as Fortnite but it is very quiet and almost inaudible. Is this normal and what can I do about it to make it quieter?

Do

At 65 degrees, the actual would have to be at 15% fan speed. The card is famous for the fact that no fan turns in stock mode below 60 degrees…
sure that you do not think it would be the Graka but actually it is the power supply which gets to its limits, it gets hotter and of course it blows out full fan power?
After all, the RX580 has 185w under load.

Un

The power supply is also brand new 600 watts be quiet.

Un

And the fans turn well, that's clearly the Graka…

Do

Which card was in there before?
And…
CPU?
How many and which hard drives?
What kind of cooling system is installed?
How many fans?

Do

Well then do MSI afterburner on it and usually down there the speeds. I have mine at 40 degrees to 30% and a straight curve to 80 degrees to 100%
Then you should have rest.

So I built a complete new PC:

Cpu: Ryzen 5 2600 with Be Quiet Shadow Rock LP Radiator

1 Hdd

1 ssd

2 front case fans (Fractal Design Focus g case)

Un

Ok, thanks, I'll try. Was with you the same problem with this graphics card?

Do

Almost. My old system had had exactly 449w and the power adapter 450w. Then I exchanged the GTX for a RX, so the old power supply with well 60w plated and suddenly the calculator was very loud. I pushed it first on the Graka but then saw that the fans hardly turn, so it had to be somewhere else but I did not care great about it because I play on headphones and then not get with anyway.
NFS Payback, PUBG, Madden19 and various old titles ran, the only difference was the volume of the fans. Somewhere.
Then I grabbed Assasin's Creed Oddysey and after just under two hours, the power supply was flying around my ears. When I had the new one, now 650w, the noise of the fans was suddenly gone and since then I know what was going on.

Do

Power supply will reach you.
I have read "two boxed front"?
This is not good! You push in from the front air, warm air pulls up and can only deduct by the pressure. At the same time, this process runs so slowly that the entire housing is completely overheated.
Build a front at the very bottom and let him blow in. The other you make in the back at the top and lets him blow out. At best, you set the fan but so that the rear brings about 10% more power. This creates a small negative pressure and the warm air that pulls upwards is sucked out, so to speak.

Un

That's right, I've already heard that this should not be the best. Would this conversion also affect the volume of the Graka?

Un

Still to a question: is this volume in the case of the Msi Rx 580 as normal or is possibly something defective? Because warranty is still available.

Do

I do not hear how loud yours is. At 100%, it is not quiet, but it should not run higher than 30% at 60 degrees.

It makes a big difference when the case fans are rebuilt. Above all, the warm air at the top has to be fresh with it.

Un

Yes It runs to about 66 degrees, and is quite strong on turning… I will soon rebuild the fan and then see how it works.

ke

The AMD cards like to get warm and therefore need more cooling. That's just the volume. The MSI RX 580 is also not known for its quiet cooling.

Un

I've just rebuilt the fans as you said one at the bottom and one at the top. So the Graka is now running at 100% utilization to exactly 60 degrees, it has certainly quieter while still well audible but better and now runs from 66 degrees earlier to 60 degrees. I think that should be okay, I'll still look with Msi Afterburner what you can do.
