Well, actually it works. You can easily connect the controller to the Ipad, at least with Xbox I know it:
1.
Press and hold the small button on the top of the controller until the Xbox button flashes. (Key with the sign)
2.
On the Ipad: Settings> Bluetooth> on the connection with the name Xbox Controller. (Can also be called differently)
Fortnite on IOS doesn't actually work anymore, strangely enough for me…
Fortnite can be played on either consoles, PC or Android devices. The Samsung Tab S7 would be recommended as a tablet; On Samsung devices you can also play games from the xBox GamePass.
Samsung sometimes has actions where the controller is delivered with the tablet.
