Yes and a lot of them got stress, the seller got a display + acc was blocked.
You don't get much for accounts anymore because in the past they were cheated too much. Particularly rare skins are still sold (please write which skins you have so that I can assess whether you would still get rid of the account)
You can of course sell the account. But the account still belongs to epic Games. You are the owner and you are the owner. But they can't do anything to you. At most, they ban the account after they got wind of it. That's why you should always cover your username when selling such accounts. There are enough jealous people out there teasing you about epic games.
And don't be afraid. You will never get an ad. It's the biggest nonsense of the year I've heard so far.
