Fortnite textures do not load + Hang on respawn screen what to do?

Be a few weeks at the beginning of the game load the textures and the skin and opponents not… It is all blurry and I'm flying in the ground or under the map. What can I do about it… And still another question… In game mode group wedges I respawne not I hang forever in the loading screen what can I do?

Look at your CPU will evt it be
