To earn Fortnite RDW V-BUCKS?

I do not know if that's right I know with rdw 0. I've heard that one can earn the world by saving V-BUCKS. Is that correct?

Yes through missions and daily log in. When logging in there are even 800 and 1000 v-bucks and between 150-300 every 9-12 days approx. In the missions you get 50 v-bucks per completed Daily Mission and there are 3 of them in a week, every storm shield mission brings 100 v bucks.
