V-Bucks on the PC without bank accounts?

I would like to buy V-Bucks for Fortnite (on the PC), but without any account details. There are paysafecards, but I can't buy them. Are there any other options? I've heard that there should be direct V-Bucks cards, but I've never seen them or have never noticed them. What kind of shops can these cards be found in?
