Fortnite arena turtling?

There's this arena mode in fortnite with several divisions and you know the competitive game where in the end there are 40 people living in a small zone, in which division does it start with the whole turtle, etc?

I think from the league league which starts at about division4 I think. The further you get the better the opponents and thus the endgame.

So in aspirant league it is rare (but there are only 20 people) it starts right from Chmpion 2.

From division 6 it starts but every lap is different (I'm almost division 7)
