What can you do in Fortnite Creative Mode?

I built a lot in creative mode and made 1o1, etc.
Now I wanted to know what else you can do

There are a few ready-made games from Fortnite. You can visit foreign creative worlds and make the shooter Fortnite a hide & seek or catching game.

I've already done that, but I meant with 46 people. I could not write that in the description.
