If you have programs or games that you no longer need, go to the search bar in Windows 10 and search for Add or Remove Programs. In the menu there's a list where it says which programs are on it. Just left click and then hit uninstall on the selected one. DANGER! System-relevant programs or folders can also be located there. If you delete them, you can re-open Windows. You could also delete data from your parents, e.g. If the remark and it were important dates then my parents would give me 3 months of gambling. So be careful. Basically, wherever Microsoft says below, in the Programs (x86) folder or folder that you have not created stuff, DO NOT uninstall.
