Request Fortnite Creator Code again after deactivation?

Now it is so that I lost my Creator Code about 3 weeks ago.

Reason: I lost some followers on Twitch and was among the 1000 followers you need for the Creator Code.

Now I would meet the CC requirements again, as I now have over 1000 subscribers on YouTube.

As you can see in the picture, I can't apply again to ' Apply '' at the moment. There's greyed out ' Creator Code deactivated ''

Now my question: Is there a specific deadline when I can apply for the Creator Code again? I can't imagine that it's gone forever and that I can never have the chance to get one again.
