Packet loss for a few days, mainly in the evening. Gamer needs

I'm a passionate hobbygamer and unfortunately i have had packet loss for a couple of days, i play mostly fortnite and i always have a ping ingame around 15-20 and now 50-70 and 1-5% packet loss. You can tell that clearly.

I've already googled and recorded something with pingpotter. Is attached.

Provider is ewe tel and 100er line. When down and upload are synonymous no problems.

Please help. If you still need to know, I'll tell you.
