How do you spawn consumables and weapons in Fortnite (creative mode)?

How do you spawn weapons and consumables in creative mode? And if you take the item a new one appears immediately.

You have to look for this spwaner somewhere. I think it is next to traps. Then you drop a weapon on the spawner and then you can set how quickly the weapon respawns. I think you have to press squares or something. It's difficult to explain.
