Can't come in fn in ps4 because update?

I downloaded a new update for fortnite on ps4 pro 11 minutes ago. (Version 3.12) I just wanted to play some fortnite, but when I want to go in it says just connect but nothing happens. The loading screen has been there for several minutes and I can't get into fortnite.

I currently have a stable internet connection but yes, no idea what's going on.

First see if Fortnite is down. Otherwise, empty the cache, restart Ps4. If necessary, uninstall and install. Call support.

How do you clear the cache on the ps4?
