You can attend an aggression coping course.
Then gaming is definitely bad for you, you can try to control yourself more and more so next time you lose, you say to yourself "I will stay calm" and try to do that, it is definitely very difficult, but if it becomes a serious problem you should reduce the gamble.
Hi, so it happened to me a lot and my parents didn't like it. I then didn't play any video games for a week and did other things, like going out for a walk or just reading a book. That helped me and maybe you too.

Just control anger.
Play Minecraft, Tetris, etc… Relaxing things, or just good games like Skyrim
Why do I just have to think of "anger management" now 😂😅
