Login failed in Fortnite?

Hey, recently got this bug and wanted to ask if anyone knows how to fix it.

No, I have had it for 3 days and can play but only after restarting 6-8 times

(Game start takes an extremely long time)

The epic games support is very good. Most of the time they reply within 24 hours. Write to them and describe your problem in as much detail as possible, so give them the email address from which you are using your account and the platform

Shut down Fortnite and log out of the Epich Launcher. Then on again.

Already done 20 times unfortunately doesn't work for me.
