Is this PC good for gaming / streaming?

The motherboard is way too expensive (at Amazon). I would also go for AMD on your project, Ryzen 7 with a B450 board, and I bet you will not need a second PCIe 16x slot in your life. Why 3000MHz RAM? Probably only because they cost as much or are a bit more expensive than 2666MHz. Then you can also take a Ryzen and exploit the performance potential.
