Wrong OBS settings?

When I stream my game feels unnecessary (Fortnite). Although I have no FPS drops, I have a constant 200 bid 240 fps while streaming, but it doesn't feel like I'm not streaming. When I'm not streaming I have 240 to 350.360 fps in a public match and I also feel my 360 Hz but while I'm streaming it feels like 120 Hz or 144hz that is very strange. Even if I record exactly the same thing.

I would have blamed the internet now if you hadn't said it was the same when recording.

I would start the Task Manager while playing and check the hardware load.
Then compare these values when you play + stream.
Then you would have to find out what the limit may be.
So it is not everywhere so max 90% or similar. On my CPU, e.g. There's still enough room for improvement in theory, but if I switch from slow to slower in OBS, it still starts to jerk in the stream even though I'm still relatively far from 90 or 100%.

So I'm assuming that some hardware is still loaded too much without showing it in the fps.
I also believe that you will always feel that a little while gaming when OBS is streaming or recording at the same time. You put a lot of strain on your PC with OBS alone, or you should, so that the quality is in order.

By the way, am I correctly interpreting that you have a 360Hz monitor?

Aja, please send me OBS Settings if I should check them for you whether they fit. Either with screenshots or write manually.
Output and video settings should be enough.
