I've recently started streaming and streaming Fortnite and FallGuys with no issues whatsoever.
My PC is also above average so it can't be due to the specs.
As soon as I try to stream Cod Warzone it lags in the recording or in the stream. It wasn't up to me myself. In the Obs preview picture it runs without any problems and only starts to lag as soon as I press record or stream.
Have already played around a bit of settings in-game as well as in obs, but without success.
Does anyone have any more idea?

Then just clean up all the junk files and empty the trash
Try to screw down the graphics settings. That helped me with Death by Daylight. It is also good for your PC when it is not so busy. And you have more FPS too.
(If you are streaming with QHD [1440P] then switch to Full HD [1080P])
So with Warzone none of this helped, no matter what quality setting I use, it doesn't change anything.
