Since this is an Amazon card, I strongly believe that it can only be redeemed on Amazon. And the only way I know on Amazon is just the possibility to buy the PSN Card + V-Bucks or the Xbox Live Card + V-Bucks and possibly even for the Nintendo Switch, for PC there's nothing like this at the moment.

To my knowledge, unfortunately no. As I said, because it is an Amazon coupon or gift card, you can of course only redeem it on Amazon and use it for offered products in Amazon. The same applies, for example, in a Netflix coupon card, if that is from netflix you can't redeem with maxdome. Paying out such a card according to the Amazon coupon conditions also not. The only option would be to sell the card for example on eBay or elsewhere or to exchange it for a Paysafecard, since I guess with Paysafecard I would have more chances to get V-Bucks. The problem with the sale, however, is that you would make about 10% loss, if only because you have to pay fees on eBay, for example, and the full price you can often ask for such a card because it would not be worth it on eBay to buy something.
It is also far too risky to exchange it for a Paysafecard, at least if you handle it online, you have to hope that you will not catch a scammer. So I'm afraid that you will not be very much left.
However, if you play Fortnite on the Playstation 4, Xbox or Nintendo Switch, as mentioned above, you can purchase a PSN Card (or other depending on your platform) from Amazon that also contains approximately 1000+ V-Bucks. Unfortunately, something else is not offered at the moment, at least I could not find anything there.
