Fortnite Buck / Vierus?

I wanted to play Fortnite on my PC like every day. But today this message came.

Does anyone know how to solve this. Uninstall does not work. There comes the same thing and a message that says epic games is currently running.

Can you get a more detailed picture of it?

Delete installation folder and reinstall

Simply select "Original size", then you can read it.
