Playstation servers are down, and I'm no longer in my Acc pure?

As you can see above, I have a problem with my Playstation. Since the Playstation servers were down, I was logged out of my e-mail at my Ps. The problem is that I can't get in my Acc. I have entered all possible passwords but nothing works. I also tried to reset my password with several methods, still without success. Temporarily I have a completely new Acc (E-mail) created, but I would be glad about your help, because I still have all my things on my old Fortnite-Acc. Who has the same problem or could help me?
