I know that it is prohibited by Epic's Terms and Conditions, but is the only risk that the account is banned? (Which then is not my problem anymore if I have sold it.) Or can you get legal problems because the account actually still belongs to Epic Games and I would sell the account of Epic Games. But if you think otherwise is the account sold yes then still in Epic databases or, still belongs to Epic? I know myself with such legal stuff really not, I hope someone can help here.

You can't sell it, that's your problem when you sell it, what legal means the buyer or Epic drive up is the other question.
You can't sell something that is not your property.
First the account is not yours but EpicGames. You would then, so to speak, sell something that does not belong. That's the only way to get in trouble. Often the account and your IP will be banned. Of course, further measures can still be taken, for sure they will find out your name. I therefore advise you to leave that. Sell something you do not need anymore (CD's, books, DVD's, old cellphone, etc.), that's really yours 😉
