Fortnite account still not there at MMoga?

I bought 2 Fortnite accounts at MMoga 4 days ago that had to arrive within 12 hours. One came directly but the other one is still not there. I have already written 3 emails but have not received an answer. Live support doesn't help either.

Sorry but then you were probably fooled… You should never do something like that, better create your own Fortnite account and put your money in there instead of putting money into accounts where you have little guarantee that you will actually get it.
