Add Creator Code Bank account?

I have a creator code in fortnite and I would like to add my bank account, but there I have to enter a tax number, but I do not have to do it as I read it out, but when I click on the button it says tax number I have stated that I do not have a US account etc. Can someone tell me how I can handle this or what I'm doing wrong?

You have to enter your tax number either you have it somewhere or you can apply for it online then you will get it by post within 3 weeks

I already have a tax number but my parents don't want me to give it, can I somehow ignore it?
