Fortnite account data ps4?

Hi, I've been playing Fortnite on ps4 for a long time and I recently bought a PC. When I started the game at the ps4 I did not have to provide any account data does anyone know how I can retrieve them?

You have to call the fortnite customer service, but for a few months they do not believe that anymore. My brother called there to switch his account to his new ps4, they said they could do it but they do not.
