Make a pc account from Fortnite to ps4?

I have been playing Fortnite on PC since last year and gambled on my mobile with this account. I'm going to get a PS4 for Christmas and I wanted to know if I can still transfer the acc, because a colleague told me that it would not work anymore. Is it still possible?

Yes it works. I'm not sure how. But it would have to be asked like the phone with the Epic Games account or something. But a friend of mine had first played on the PC and then logged on to his ps4.

Yes, you can do that by logging in to http://www.unrealengine.com with your Fortnite (Epic Games) account and linking it to your PSN account in the account settings.
