Epic Games Game Doesn't Start (Unreal Engine Crashed)?

As the title says, the game Battle Breakers does not start for me. When I start it I get the error: Unreal Engine Crashed. But when I start Fortnite it works without errors. Only with this one game does that come.

P.S. I have already done a new installation. The error keeps coming.

Does anyone have a solution for the problem?

Make sure that the graphics card drivers etc. Are up to date and that you also have enough hard disk space available.
