PC reset brings nothing. You could try creating a virtual HWID or Mac address. Everything did not work for me. Have thereupon another mainboard installed, the PC started, changed my main board. After that everything was reset (Mac, HWID, etc…) and it went again. You do not have to reset your PC directly.
PS: The anti-cheat is not cheap but one of the best there's bruh.
I once heard that some accounts were simply banned, so just a mistake. The people who were accidentally banned then later got 2,000 vbucks.
