What is meant by a fortnite bot?

I often see many Fortnite players talking about "bots" and others calling them "bots". What exactly is meant here? What bots are I know. But how are other normal players to be "bots"?!

Bots are rather poor or simply not programmed intelligently in most games. That's why you often refer to bad players as 'bot', I often do myself.

I only know farmbots from world of Warcraft if that is the same at fortnite I do not know because I do not play that!
