Well, I just clicked through the Otto page and looked around there. To play Fortnite and other games of the type, the pc should best include a 1050 graphics card (or one with similar performance). I myself have a gaming notebook with one and have always run very well. But this gaming notebook has been replaced by a clearly more powerful gaming PC, but you do not need to play Fortnite, because the graphics of the game are not expensive.
On the Otto side, it seems to me, are the PCs in which 1050 graphics cards are installed, very expensive! I would rather put one on a page like Dubaro.de compile, or order one on Amazon. I also did that and saved almost 1000 Euro when buying my gaming PC!

In such pages as Otto or Pearl and Amazon or Ebay, I would be careful.
There's often offered old scrap or unusable compiled garbage.
For example A PC with high-end processor with low-end graphics card, priced very expensive but useless for games.
It would make sense a well-balanced system, processor good and graphics card well.
Pricing might be a Ryzen 5 2600 (or the newer 3600) and a GeForce 1650 run well, then you can later ne better graphics card throw in and the processor does it anyway.
The very superficial said, the best would be DIY anyway.
In this case of "no idea" but would be a solution as others have already recommended, just buy a Dubc Dubco, recommended.
Price / performance is i.o. And you save money guaranteed despite Otto voucher and get no junk undercuts.
