Where does the hat fly and how do I get it? (I know that everyone flies differently)

You must have the Battle Pass at level 80 (or higher), then you have the skin Skye and the challenges from it. Now you have to master 18 Skye challenges. Then you should collect the ollies (what you call hats) and get extra styles for Skye.

Ghost variant: Ghost Ollie in Frenzy Farm
