Fortnite Aquaman get strudel?

I miss Mission 1 where you have to use the whirlpool at the Fortilla do I need the mission to unlock Aquaman? And you know what's there

It says lock automatically, but when has it not yet been completed?

So the best thing to do is wait for the strudel to work again with the next update and yes you need the challenge, otherwise I think it says that if you agree to the strudel the challenge is automatically completed but you don't have to try it out exactly
