You can of course take cheaper PCs, but then you have to put the details very far down, and settle for less FPS.
For 350 euro you can forget that. The budget is at most something used.
Or you are new at 550 Euro.
As has often been mentioned, the desire is hard to fulfill. But I have what the 100FPS brand would say "Hey" from time to time:
