If you absolutely have to stay below 600 euro, you can take a GTX 1050 Ti instead of the GTX 1060 6GB. It costs about 180 euro.

I forgot the power supply. Since I can recommend the Coolmaster Masterwatt Lite 500. I'm super happy with it. It costs about 50 euro. The amount can then z. B. Saving and taking a cheaper, but pay attention to the B450 chipset, which bears in my experience best with the 2nd generation Ryzen.
