Fast internet break-ins?

I only have this problem on my PC,

which I finished building yesterday. At the moment I have only one game on it xd Fortnite.

So the problem is I have irregular but really fast internet break-ins i.e. My internet is suddenly gone but back in about 4 seconds, all other devices work perfectly.

How do I fix it?
