FPS burglaries despite good PC at Fortnite?

Since a few days I have a problem for me personally extremely annoying, it is about Fortnite. After playing Fortnite again after a while, I noticed that I have (in creative and pubs) FPS break-ins over and over again (every few seconds). I've capped my FPS to 160 (144Hz) but if I leave it indefinitely I have between 300-400 FPS but every few seconds I then have dips to 60-80 FPS for a second. And that annoys already hard at his 144Hz monitor. I've already tried everything: Every garbage with 3 software removed, Game reinstalled, Config deleted, Nvidia 3D Settings reset. And in the lowest settings I play anyway because I rather competitive games. During my break, I played other games like csgo or quake without any problem. Only Fortnite makes problem but it is as I said only burglaries. Hope someone has an idea.

RTX 2070

Is a common problem, is the game, not on the PC.

The game is just bad (gebalanced)

Despite a GTX 1080ti-intel core i7-16Gb RAM, I have always lags although I used to play with 144 fps (144 Hz display) lay free

The whole thing is due to the season 10 / X.

It always comes back after a season update to performance problems.

and it also affects manchmel consoles and cell phones

I only used hdd disks on my computer (2 x 1 TB)

At the moment you have to be bored on the next update (Tuesday or Thursday) (the same applies to me)
